I spent a year and a half on the AWS Supply Chain UX team. Our team worked across many applications that aim to simplify and streamline the AWS Supply Chain. Through research and continual feedback from our users we launched and iterated applications that helped track lifecycles of physical assets that make up what we think of as “the cloud”.

PetSmart • Manager of UX & Product Design

I managed a small but mighty UX/UI team to deliver user-centric eCommerce experiences that meet company-wide goals such as: Redesign of product detail page, Launch of native mobile shopping on iOS and Android app & also the Redesign of booking flow for pet services site. Also, I have led multiple usability studies (both in production and prototypes) to gain insights on current designs and identify areas for improvement based on user feedback. I have also led the team to provide designs for an associate-facing interface. I work closely with business partners and developers to align on goals and implement designs.

Optum United Healthcare, Collabera • UX/UI Designer

I worked as a contractor to support medical provider-facing interfaces that allowed users to easily manipulate information within a patient portal. Led usability studies to obtain feedback from users to improve experience. I worked closely with developers & business partners to complete projects and meet company goals.

The Grommet • UX/UI Designer

I worked within the creative department to aid with A/B testing various eCommerce site experiences and provide designs. I led the team to wireframe the MVP experience of a portal for clients to utilize a self-service method of editing their product images & descriptions.

Smart Furniture • Web Designer & UX Design

I worked within the creative department to launch an entirely new mobile-first, responsive site design and then worked to iterate and design new site experiences. I also worked alongside marketing team to improve SEO, design emails & creative marketing campaigns.
